1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Content involving the exploitation or sexualization of minors in any form;
  • Hate speech, extreme violence, harassment, defamation, or content encouraging self-harm;
  • Infringement of third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or personal privacy rights;
  • Malicious exploitation, automated abuse, or attempts to reverse-engineer AI models.

Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of account access, revocation of tokens/credits, and permanent blacklisting without refund.

4. Purchases, Credits & Refunds

We offer one-time energy packs and recurring monthly subscriptions through our authorized reseller Creem. All payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.

Since access to AI computational credits and personalized digital reports is granted immediately upon successful checkout, transactions are generally non-refundable once computational tokens have been consumed, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws or in cases of documented billing errors.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, original artwork, card diagrams, and interpretive text generated by the platform remain the intellectual property of the Service. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to view, download, and share their personal divination reports for personal non-commercial use.
